Basil Glazed Chicken - Recipe


Basil Glazed Chicken

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 15 min

What You'll Need:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

What To Do:

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.

In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.  Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn chicken, and cook 6 minutes or until done. Stir in vinegar, honey, and basil; cook 1 minute, turning chicken to coat with glaze.
